An immediate need exists for a Sr. Budget Financial Analyst with a Top Secret Security Clearance to work aboard Tinker AFB.

This individual shall assist with financial management support and provide knowledge and experience in financial management policies, statutes, and guidelines. In addition shall provide assistance with cost estimating in support of acquisition, development, production, test, and sustainment of systems, subsystems, components, and support
systems requirements. Must be knowledgeable in the use of computers using appropriate software applications including the latest versions of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point. Will prepare cost estimates for all phases of acquisition and sustainment programs. Program cost estimates may be in support of estimates for source selection evaluation, Cost As an Independent Variable (CAIV), Reduction in Total Ownership Costs (RTOC), Life Cycle Cost Analysis (LCCA), Earned Value Management System (EVMS), and Cost and Economic Analyses (CEA). Will provide assistance with cost estimating in support of the program office’s acquisition, development, production, test, and sustainment of systems, subsystems, components, and support
systems requirements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
♦ Assist with the administrative management support
♦ Maintain forms, files, and program reference libraries
♦ Assist with typing, filing, copying, paper shredding, controlling of documentation, correspondence, and tracking action items
♦ Review completed work for accuracy of data, procedure compliance, and error-free documentation
♦ Assist with preparing internal and external briefings charts, program correspondence, and reports
♦ Shall collect, analyze, and manipulate data in order to design graphic displays
♦ Will assist with completing data entry functions and establishing and managing databases to organize and store data
♦ Assist with financial management; research of cost, budget, schedule; planning, organizing, completing, and presenting assessments of cost, budget and schedule implications; the
preparation of cost estimates for all phases of acquisition and sustainment programs

MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE

Job Requirements

♦ High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Certificate
♦ A minimum of twelve (12) years of financial management experience
♦ Knowledge and experience with the following systems:
• System Metric and Reporting Tool (SMART)
• Haystack
• FLIS
• AFTOC
• Crystal Ball
• PRICE Systems Parametric Models (PRICE H, PRICE C, PRICE M)
• CCaRS
