Play a key role in coordinating the providing of in-home non-medical care services for seniors and people who are ill, and providing various administrative support functions..

 Duties for this excellent opportunity include:

* Schedules and staffs the in-home care the company provides for seniors and people who are ill by choosing and matching the best caregiver for the specific assignment. Company provides both live-out and live-in care for seniors.
* Provides various administrative support functions for the company, supporting the Human Resources, Finance, Care Coordination, Sales and Operations departments.

Job Requirements

Requirements for the position:

* Coordination or supervision or scheduling experience.
* Demonstrated good judgment and good problem solving ability
* A real responsible, people-person.
* Excellent multi-tasker for this fast-paced environment.
* Strong organization skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Excellent team player
* Very good computer skills
* Detail oriented.
* Someone who thrives in a FAST paced environment.
*  Experience in health care or senior care preferred
*  Please live within an easy commute to Thousand Oaks.

 Job Requirements Also Include:
* Legal to work in the United States.

Position will be temporary, full-time, to start. Could turn into a permanent position.
