Looking for an experienced Marketing Campaign Support Analyst to participate in delivering new direct marketing opportunities for the small business owner market. We are a high energy, fast moving team focused on partnership, teamwork, and excellent execution above and beyond the bottom line.
The dedicated individual will be focusing on the planning, documentation, and execution of new and pre-existing campaign programs.
The individual will have the following responsibilities:
Provide timely and accurate analytical and technical support to the Product Management teams for their multi-channel marketing campaigns Initiatives;
Responsible for campaign design, coding, and implementation using large scale internal and external data sources on Oracle, Teradata, and UNIX;
Support and maintain daily and monthly data extracts and automated campaign execution processes;
Maintain and update other internal production documents and tables in support of campaign execution goals;
Generate all requested final output files, Audit Campaigns and Production Output, Produce and Evaluate Waterfall Drop Count Reports, Produce Data Files in Support of
Send Reports and Files to Product Managers for Audit and Approval;
Provide ad hoc support on campaign analyses and sizing requests, new selection criteria development and segmentation strategy;
Develop and Maintain Comprehensive Documentation on all New and Existing Processes;
