Job Description

Lucas Group, the Respected Leader in Professional Recruiting, is currently seeking motivated professionals to join our already successful IT recruiting team in Irvine. Job Requirements

3+ years in either IT Recruiting or IT Sales
Experience closing deals with C-Level decision makers
Drive and Energy to build a large network
Ability to communicate well with hiring decision makers
Contract and offer letter negotiation experience preferred
Experience with 3-4 month sales cycles
No fear to pick up the phone and make calls to build business
