  • Training front of the house Managers and hourly employees
  • Developing and rolling our training materials

REQUIREMENTS


    • 3+ years of current Full Service Restaurant Manager experience
    • Must have experience as a corporate Manager of Training or Director of Training with a full service, corporate casual dining company to be considered for this position
    • High volume background; must have experience managing restaurants doing over $3 million in sales per year
    • Outstanding leadership, communication, and organizational skills
    • Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
    • Ability to build sales and rapport in the community
    • Outstanding work ethic and drive to succeed
