Job Description

Career Services Director - Fulltime - Permanent - Los Angeles

We are searching for an individual who is friendly, outgoing, and personable. Someone who has experience with career development and is able to build rapport. This candidate will assist newly graduated healthcare professionals find work in the medical field. This candidate will keep a track of staff history, following-up with students who have either found or have not found employment.

  •                 Experience in career development required
  •                 Salary: DOE 
  •                 Outgoing personality, friendly, personable, tech savvy
  •                 Will report to the Regional Director
  •                 Interview with the CEO and COO

Job Requirements

Minimum Experience:

  • 3-5 years of career development experience
  • 3-5 years of management experience
  • Strong computer skills
  • 3 years experience in a leadership role required
  • Excellent communication abilities  
  • Bachelors degree highly preferred
