Level III Help Desk Administrator

Job Description

Job Description: SmartSource is seeking a Level III Help Desk Administrator to work a 3-6 month opportunity located in New City NY. This position is a very high level opportunity in regards to the clients Help Desk. We need someone who can do over the phone troubleshooting on a Network level. The person will be troubleshooting Server issues, resetting password, AD Administration and must have worked with some type of ticketing system. Remember Level III network/Server level


- Must pass a criminal background and drug check

- Any certifications are a huge plus

- 4 years’ experience working in the IT field

- Must have had a background working on a high level Help Desk

- Must have a background troubleshooting Servers and Networks

- 2-3 years’ experience troubleshooting users in a windows based environment specifically Windows XP/Windows 7

- Must be able to lift 50lbs or more without an issue

- Must have hardware troubleshooting background on desktops, Tablets, laptops and printers.

- Must have excellent communication and customer services skills.
