Credit Manager / Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities for this position will include the following:

  • Run credit checks for prospective residents and prospective employees.
  • Process rental applications, including verifying rental history, income and other relevant information.
  • Data entry for onto excel spreadsheets and property management software (AMSI).
  • Update and distribute various excel reports for vacancies, marketing, pricing and advertising.
  • Assist with answering company incoming calls while receptionist is out of the office
  • Organize employee bonus and other related paperwork monthly.




Job Requirements


  • Self starter and detailed oriented
  • Excellent people and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with the internet
  • Excellent Computer skills
  • Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Excel spreadsheets, Word, Google Calendar, Publisher, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and a sincere desire to provide great customer service.
  • Valid California driver’s license, car insurance, a good driving record and dependable personal transportation.
  • Good credit and ethics are required.
  • Minimum 2 years property management or related experience.
