Job Description

QI Nurse - Medical Office - 40 hours per week


About the Job:  

  1. Responsible for ICD-9 coding
  2. Plan of care proofreading (OASIS) 485 correction
  3. Sending the Plan of care to MD for approval
  4. Responsible for Chart Audits, Documentation of Medical Necessity
  5. Home Health, Hospice, Palliative Care

Job Requirements

  • California Registered Nursing (RN) License
  • Title 22, The Joint Commission and CMS (Medicare) Regulations for Home Health / Hospice
  • Ability to read and interpret medical record data for chart audits or abstractions (QI, QA)
