Responsibilities include:
Processing of Accounts Payable/Receivables
Expense Reports
Reconcile Bank and Credit Cards
Data Entry
Assist with Payroll
Additional Admin duties as needed
 
Requirements:
5 or more years of AP/AR experience
Hands on QuickBooks Experience( more than 2 years)
Intermediate Excel and MS Office Knowledge
Excellent Communication Skills
Motivated and looking to be apart of a growing and stable company
