Job Description


A leading consulting firm located in the Chicago Loop is looking for a global Recruiting Coordinator to join their team. The Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating recruitment efforts, scheduling meetings including all logistics and communication.


Responsibilities of the Recruiting Coordinator:

  •         Coordinate recruiting efforts with targeted schools, as well as the logistics of the events
  •         Ensure marketing and advertisement collateral are developed
  •         Create spreadsheets to manage recruiting data and build the company contact database
  •         Support the local office by connecting group offerees with senior leadership
  •         Assist with our annual group conference and end of year company presentation
  •         Manage  solicitations for event sponsorships 


Job Requirements


Requirements of the Recruiting Coordinator:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
  • Minimum 5 years of executive support
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be organized, detailed and self-directed
