Job Description

An executive search firm located in downtown Chicago seeks an Executive Assistant to join their 20 person office!  The Executive Assistant  will be responsible for calendar and meeting arrangements, coordinating all travel and expenses for the executives, as well as any other administrative support needed.  . The Executive Assistant must have experience working within executive search.


Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:

  • Assist search consultant with daily tasks regarding searches
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Manage busy calendar and schedule meetings
  • Handle phone and email correspondence
  • Other various administrative support tasks

Job Requirements

Requirements of the Executive Assistant:
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience
  • Experience working within executive search is a must
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize accordingly
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
