Field Medical Technologist

If you are a medical technologist with traveling experience, here is the opportunity to utilize your skills with an award winning Laboratory diagnostic company. We are looking for a Technical Field Specialist living the near a major airport in the Southern or Mid West region. 

You will perform product installations, validations and training on our diagnostic product lines at the client's site. You will provide customer support on site and by telephone and work closely with the sales and services engineers providing complete customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for attendance at trade shows and customer presentations at customer sites, meetings and conventions.

This is high travel job, up to four days a week. We are only looking at technologists who have traveling experience as a traveling tech or currently in a product support position.

Requires certification or licensure as a Medical Technologist or Technician with at least 5 years current bench work along with technical degree.

Requires at least three years experience in chemistry or immunology bench work running a variety of analyzers. Strong skills on these analyzers is a must!

Must have experience in quality control and excellent troubleshooting skills.

This is a high travel position; you will be on the road up to 4 days/week. Must be able to travel occasionally out of the country. You must have or be able to obtain a passport.

This position requires excellent communication skills to teach and train the customers on product usage.

Living with 45 minutes of a MAJOR airport is a requirement.
