Greater Newport Physicians and affiliated with Hoag Hospital. We have an opening for the following:
Medical Records Clerk
The ideal candidate will work independently in order to process patients and insure the efficient operation of the front office in this very busy pediatric practice. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Answering phones
- Scheduling appointments
- Faxing
- Scanning
- Other duties necessary for record keeping
- Project an image of professionalism in communication, appearance and conduct.
Requirements
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Good organizational skills
- Computer experience including MS Outlook, Office
- Strong customer service skills
