We are a leading Healthcare IT Service Provider that has been in business for over 3 decades. We service over 10,000 Healthcare Facilities with our innovative IT Solutions and Services.
With our continued growth and success we are interested in bringing a professional sales representative to our clinic sales team to cover PA/DE and parts of MD and NJ. Rep will be calling on CLINICS IN THE ASSIGNED TERRITORY to present the value of our out-sourced medical records information services, (OSC) onsite document conversion services, and DFC (Disability Forms Completion) Services.
Candidate will operate from a virtual (home-based) office, and will have experience as a successful rep that has managed a territory driving new business from their home office. Candidate can live in PA or Baltimore MD. Some up-selling to existing facilities of two ancillary services. Complete operating office equipment and supplies provided.
Average reps are earning in the low to mid 6 figures, Top Reps over $200K. Compensation is Uncapped. First year plan is $100-110k with a $40-45K base salary, 6 month guarantee of $1,000 in addition to the base. Full Benefits, Expenses, corporate credit card, mileage, lap-top, office equipment, phone line.
Requirements
MUST HAVE AT LEAST 4 years OUTSIDE BUSINESS TO BUSINESS SALES EXPERIENCE. Sales Professionals who have called on medical records departments selling a service is highly desired, but not necessary.
Sales Professionals with facilities management services sales experience or document management services/solutions sales highly encouraged to apply. Experience selling an intangible service is required OR any out-sourced service sale.
Must have strategic sales experience of a bottom up sale along with a top down approach when calling on groups. HIGH ACTIVITY prospecting via foot canvassing and telephone to set appointments and present services to close the sale. Able to handle the sales process from prospect to close.
EXPERIENCE WORKING FROM A VIRUTAL (HOME-BASED OFFICE). OPERATIONS BRANCHES AT FINGERTIPS. 85% New Business Development. Proven sales attainment in previous positions. Ability to satisfy quota attainment. Professional appearance and highly effective communication/presentation capabilities of an intangible service. Excellent closing skills.
Ability to travel 30-40% . Used to a sales cycle of 1-6 months maximum. Must be financially motivated to earn at least $150K + by second or third year.
