New office opening in Phoenix! Exciting opportunity to be a part of this growing TEAM!


Responsible as a member of the clinical administrative team to the Program Director and for development, implementation and maintenance of daily office management, triage nursing support, admissions assistance, medical records and continuous quality initiatives, including DME and medical record supplies consistent with Valor HospiceCare policies and procedures.

 

Requirements
  • Experience in medical records and supplies coordination, continuous quality improvement and nursing services, including efficient use of Microsoft Office products.

  • Dependable person with experience in office management, including administrative support. Works with corporate office to coordinate documentation and office supplies.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform detailed work in a timely manner with accuracy and thoroughness, including using common sense to daily organizational issues.
  • Demonstrated ability to respond well to supervision and to work independently with self-initiative when appropriate.
  • Demonstrated excellence with communication skills and ability to work cooperatively with people.
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with wide variety of medical, professional and community groups.
  • Demonstrated excellent communication skills, written and oral. Spanish speaking support is desired.
