RNAC (Registered Nurse Assessment Coordinator)
Great opportunity for an experienced RNAC to join a proven team in a medium sized LTC facility. This is a CONFIDENTIAL search.
Must be able to proficiently complete an MDS, and should be familiar with the Care Planning process. Previous track record of increasing CMI is a plus.
