GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

The IT Systems Analyst is responsible for supporting the Chief Information Officer for implementation and support of a broad range of technology solutions.  The Support Analyst will work independently to identify inefficiencies in the IT systems or related workflows and advise both CIO and other leadership on recommended solutions.  The Systems Analyst will be responsible for troubleshooting systems performance and configuration issues on a broad variety of systems and implementing elegant, low end-user impact solutions to minimize the likelihood of recurrence and effort required to support.  These include financial, electronic health record, human resources, remote access, email, reporting, telecom and other applications. The individual will work closely with other internal IT staff, administrative and clinical leadership, end users and vendors.  The individual will be expected to perform as the primary operational point of contact for IT issues and projects related to Thundermist’s interfaces with various external organizations. The Systems Analyst be involved in supporting other IT staff as demanded by day to day circumstances.
