Description Pharmacy Systems Informaticist 

Large Healthcare Organization located near Boston seeks your Pharmacy Systems expertise.  In your new role you’ll support all pharmacy information systems and software applications in the Pharmacy department.  Responsible for providing a blend of analytical and technical understanding and expertise necessary to produce and analyze data that measures the overall performance of the Pharmacy.   You’ll also provide high level data access and reporting from all databases that affect the performance of the Pharmacy service.  Handle training users on the various applications, maintaining annual competencies, and customizations and upgrade applications.  
Responsible for providing professional consultative oversight to the testing, maintenance, upgrade, evaluation, and implementation of all pharmacy software systems and applications.  This is an excellent opportunity with an organization that is dedicated to staying current with regard to Clinical Information Systems.  One can expect an interesting role with new and interesting projects on a regular basis.  Further detail will be provided upon receipt of your confidential online application.

Requirements:  Background as Pharmacist OR Pharmacy Technician with 2+ years work experience with Pharmacy Information Systems.  Requires strong analytical skills in gathering information, defining work problems, and designing a system of procedures to resolve problems.  Strong technical and analytical skills, interpersonal skills, organizational, and creativity skills are required.  Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, problem solve, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.  

Pay Rate:  Pay Range is 80-120k and depends on level of experience and skills related to the position.   Excellent benefits package offered as well.
