CFG is now interviewing qualified Management level candidates for an opportunity to work in a correctional nursing environment in an administrative role as the Director of Nursing. All interested candidates must have an interest to work within a correctional institution with a male & female adult population. Qualified candidates must have solid management and clinical experience. Corrections experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities include:
- Assisting Senior Management and the Health Care Administrator
in establishing the direction, goals and policies of the
medical unit

- Providing supervision to a staff of RNs, LPNs, Medical

- Assistants, Medical Records Clerks

- Recommending, advocating and/or implementation of new or
revised policies, procedures or practices as they relate to
the nursing staff’s role in the medical unit
Requirements Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. Must hold a current and valid NJ Registered Nurses’ license. Minimum of 8 year experience in the nursing field
