Job Description

The position of Billing Clerk is responsible for ensuring proper & accurate billing of all new and used car deals. Additional responsibilities include:

  • Posting car deals into accounting & sales log
  • Processing checks for trade-ins & processing dealers trades
  • Maintaining vehicle inventory
  • Preparing title & lien paperwork
 


Job Requirements 

The ideal candidate would possess a minimum of 2 years experience in a dealership or and equivalent combination of experience & education. Candidate verbal & written commnication skills; excellent interpersonal & consulting skills; the ability to work well with a wide variety of individuals; must be proficient in PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc). The cadidate must also be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
