The Bus Driver is responsible for the timely and safe transportation of residents to various individual and group activities.  Drives the car or van for purposes of resident transportation or company business.

Must possess or be able to complete requirements for Commercial Driver's License.
Up to three months related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Valid Drivers license with good driving record.  CPR certification helpful.
Ability to express self adequately in written and oral English communication and to communicate effectively in an interdisciplinary care setting with residents, families, staff members, representatives of community and government agencies.  Ability to read and comprehend  simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.  Ability to write simple correspondence.

Ability to do simple math using addition, subtraction and multiplication.

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.  Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
