Application Data Analyst

This position is responsible for providing technical support of a Clinical Management System software package.  The incumbent should possess the technical ability to conduct  analysis and prepare design to meet functional requirements and understand the relationship between the application logic and the database.  The incumbent must be able to create custom reports, electronic data interfaces, and provide technical support to other staff and the end user.

• Facilitate collection and documentation of data requirements by all agencies and programs with regards to software applications 
• Assist end-user in troubleshooting technical problems and recommend immediate and long term solutions.

• Work closely with other technical staff to develop solutions to identified problems, and provide the interface between the end user and vendors or internal technical staff.
• Develop technical designs for reports and software enhancements that translate the end users needs.
• Create customized reports and application forms from requirements.
• Travel to various agency locations as needed for performance of duties
• Provide remote desktop troubleshooting support to resolve end user issues when required

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or Business Administration; from an accredited college or tech school or equivalent work experience.
• Experience working with Clinical Management Systems (Preferable Pro-Filer)
• Knowledge of child welfare, social service, or behavioral health programs. 
• 2-3 year experience with Crystal Reports.
• 2-3 year experience with SQL and utilizing queries to analyze data.
• 1-2 year knowledge of DBA functions.
• Current driver’s license, good driving record, vehicle insurance.
