About Us

Red Rock Behavioral Health Services was founded in 1974 as a private, not-for-profit comprehensive behavioral health service provider. Today, Red Rock operates 14 offices and service delivery locations as well as 7 residential facilities and 3 adult/children crisis intervention centers serving a total of 24 counties in Oklahoma and employing nearly 450 professionals including Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Licensed Professional Counselors, Registered Nurses, Case Managers, administrative and supporting staff. 

Responsibilities of Program Coordinator - Canadian Co. Youth Program: 

• Oversee daily operations and ongoing development of the program.
• Develops and implements programmatic goals, objectives and strategy.
• Develops and amends policies and procedures for the program as needed to meet contractual guidelines.
• Participates in decisions relative to admission of clients to program; reviews and monitors client progress through supervision and disposition of cases; confers with multidisciplinary team and other internal and external programs to ensure consumers welfare and continuity of care.
• Reviews budgetary information with supervisor and maintains sound fiscal structure; develops and reengineers program as needed to provide cost-effective, quality services.
• Supervise staff and assist with staff training, development and performance issues.
• Ensure quality care for all clients are being provided with accurate and timely documentation, meeting all standards and quality improvement requirements.
• Develop and maintain community and professional relations.
• Maintains required caseload and meets documentation requirements.

• Relevant Bachelor's Degree with at least one year of administrative and/or clinical experience.
• Demonstrated skill in planning and directing the work of professional staff; in dealing effectively with people; in evaluating situations and choosing an appropriate course of action; and in communicating ideas clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
•  Advanced computer skills.
