Description

All Medical Personnel is looking for a Supervisor of Medical Records for a direct hire position. This individual's role will be:

Training, orienting, and supervising assigned personnel.
Assign work arrange for daily coverage and oversee daily operations.
Monitor the productions standards for the department.
Demonstrate and understand the medicolegal implications and responsibilities related to transcription of patient records to protect the patient and the clinic.

Requirements Requirements:

Must have experience with EMR implementation and management.
Graduate of an accredited program in medical records administration.
5 years or more in medical records experience in hospital or medical office setting.
RHIT or RRA certification a plus.
