Cerner Senior Clinical Analyst

We are seeking a Cerner Senior Clinical Analyst to join our team of skilled professionals. This Senior Analyst will serve as a member of a diverse implementation team comprised of Information services personnel, executives, management, clinical and non clinical staff, physicians, and software vendors for the implementation and support of the Cerner Millennium Suite.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Build, Design and Implementation of the Cerner Millenium application to include: Training, Testing, Evaluation and Maintenance.

Establish and maintain relationships between clients and Information Services in order to provide user support, escalation of issues where warranted and product enhancements. 

Facilitates issue resolution necessary to accomplish program objectives.

Works closely with stakeholders to establish strong relationships and define expectations and deliverables.

Creates testing scripts and assists in testing activities. Builds and maintains strong interpersonal relationships within and across teams.

Participates in On Call support schedule.

Issue logging, change control documentation.

Actively participates in the project plans throughout life cycle.

Participates in support during implementation activities.

Develops training materials and/or system documentation as directed.

Performs other duties as directed. Travel may be required

Required:Bachelor Degree
4 or more years Cerner Millennium experience
