Description Assists in the reviews, evaluation, design, implementation and maintenance of company database(s). Identifies data sources and documents the process. Responsible for assisting in the coordination of identifying, analyzing, and reporting critical data elements for use in Scorecards, dashboards, clinical and quality monitoring and regulatory reporting. Assists in identifying and facilitating opportunities for enhancing the structure, organization and deliverables associated with quality and performance measurement.

Requirements -Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Health Care, Systems/Industrial Engineering, or related field from accredited institution; or equivalent work experience
-Minimum of 2 years experience in systems analysis and/or programming in healthcare environment, including clinical and quality measures such as core measures and regulatory requirements
-Advanced analytical skills, and effective oral and written communications
-Databases, Performance Improvement methodologies including flow charting, data capture and query tools
-Computer skills with Excel, Visio, Powerpoint, Midas, Meditech, SafERSystem, personal technology tools, and awareness of current use of technology in related field
-Must be able to transport self to various sites as required. When using own vehicle must have valid Arizona driver's license and proof of insurance that meets the minimum standards of the state of Arizona
