Imaging Informatics Administrator / PACS

We are currently seeking an Imaging Informatics Administrator to work in our Franklin, TN (Cool Springs) office. 

Essential Functions:

• Responsible for successful day-to-day operations including image workflow, autorouting, prefetching, and other related activities as assigned
• Provide PACS end user support
• Perform various application, modality and interface testing
• Assist with implementations, system problems / resolution, updates / upgrades
• Enterprise testing related to systems, infrastructure or interface changes
• Perform system monitoring and functions as directed by management team
• Oversees activities of vendors in all phases of installation, implementation, and training of new systems, applications, and upgrades
• Travel:  Occasional travel to customer sites
• Reports to CTO

Qualifications:

    ·         Minimum five years experience in support of enterprise PACS system

    ·         Four year degree preferred

    ·         CIIP or PARCA certification a plus

    ·         MCSE certification preferred

    ·         Radiological Technologist education preferred

    ·         Able to communicate to both technical and business leaders

    ·         Solid oral and written skills

    ·         Must excel in problem solving and defining root causes

    ·         Proactive planning and excellent organizational skills

    ·         Must have demonstrated leadership competencies

    ·         Ability to effectively prioritize tasks

    ·         Thrives in a fast-paced environment.

    ·         Demonstrated ability to work under tight deadlines.
