METHOD DEVELOPMENT SCIENTISTS

Advion BioSciences is a leading provider of bioanalytical services to the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries, and an innovator of products for the life sciences. We are currently seeking for experienced Method Development Scientists to join our team in our corporate headquarters facility located in Ithaca, NY.

The Method Development Scientist is responsible for developing bioanalytical methods and evaluating scientific processes to ensure successful method transfer and validation.  The incumbent will independently develop reliable extraction, chromatographic and mass spectrometric procedures for complex analytical methods. 

Interested candidates must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Science or related field and with three or more years of relevant experience. An advanced set of skills integral to bioanalytical LC/MS method development is required. Knowledgeable in organic chemistry, chromatographic separations, mass spectrometry, and bioanalytical extraction techniques is preferred. Experience in GLP quantitative analysis laboratory and affiliation with professional institutes and organizations is highly preferred.
