Receptionist/Help Desk Assistant

 

SRSsoft is currently seeking a Receptionist/Help Desk Assistant to work with our Operations Group.   

 

General Duties and Responsibilities:

  •  Answer all calls to the main line and route call to appropriate department.

  • Enter all support call issues into Help Desk ticketing software.

  • Handle travel arrangements for technical support team including booking airfare, hotel and rental cars.

  • Maintain reception area and greet vendors and visitors.

  • Completion of projects assigned by department manager.

Requirements

  Receptionist / Help Desk Assistant


 

  • Must have 2 years prior experience providing administrative support in a busy office environment.

  • Associate Degree or Business School certificate a plus.

  • Must possess above average skills in computer technology and vocabulary.

  • Must have above average knowledge of MS Office Suite.

  • Must have excellent customer service skills.

  • Ability to work independently.
