Receptionist/Help Desk Assistant
SRSsoft is currently seeking a Receptionist/Help Desk Assistant to work with our Operations Group.
General Duties and Responsibilities:

Answer all calls to the main line and route call to appropriate department.

Enter all support call issues into Help Desk ticketing software.

Handle travel arrangements for technical support team including booking airfare, hotel and rental cars.

Maintain reception area and greet vendors and visitors.

Completion of projects assigned by department manager.
Requirements
Receptionist / Help Desk Assistant

Must have 2 years prior experience providing administrative support in a busy office environment.

Associate Degree or Business School certificate a plus.
-
Must possess above average skills in computer technology and vocabulary.

Must have above average knowledge of MS Office Suite.

Must have excellent customer service skills.

Ability to work independently.
