Medical Assistant Family Practice

You will be a member of our family practice team to provide high quality medical care to our patients.  This position includes but is not limited to the following responsibilities:

• Escorting patients to and from examination rooms
• Taking vital statistics and updating medical information through electronic medical records
• Prepare rooms for medical procedures
• Assisting providers with injections, aspirations, and procedures
• Providing instructions for follow up care
• Assisting with prescription refills, patient phone calls, and other daily tasks as assigned
• Work closely with providers to provide high quality medical care to patients.

This position requires a highly self motivated individual with the ability to be a great team player.   Oral and written communication skills are a must working with computer proficiency is required. Experience working with electronic medical records software is preferred.
