INTERFACE ANALYST - JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced healthcare integration specialist to join our Interface team. The Interface Analyst will be responsible for the successful implementation and delivery of interface solutions to Dolbey’s clients. Responsibilities include developing interface specification documents, configuring interface applications in accordance with specifications, developing VB scripts, and managing the interface components of Dolbey’s software implementation projects. The position requires daily direct contact with customers. The ideal candidate will have experience delivering healthcare integration solutions, project management skills, troubleshooting and problem solving skills, and strong communication and customer relations skills.

Requirements
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
· Working knowledge of SQL and HL7
· Strong understanding of healthcare information workflow
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· Ability to work independently, but also successfully work on a team
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with limited supervision
· Sound independent judgment
· Strong technical troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
· Excellent professional customer service skills
Minimum Requirements:
· Minimum of B.S. degree in computer science or related field
· 2+ years’ experience working in a healthcare IT environment
· Experience with software implementation projects
· Experience with MS Windows operating systems and MS Office
· Experience supporting healthcare systems
· Experience with SQL databases and query language
· HL7 certification a plus
