Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years of successful technology sales management experience in the Healthcare industry. 
  • Proven results managing a sales team.
  • Experience creating and executing successful global sales strategy.  
  • Experience successfully leveraging Solution Selling methodology.
  • Experience in software development or technical capacity within the Healthcare Industry. 
  • Ability to articulate and execute vision, while also displaying a high attention to detail. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience required.
  • Willing to travel approximately fifty percent of the time.
  • Ability to manage a team in Westlake, Ohio.

Responsibilities:

  • Increase OnBase software revenue in the Healthcare space by assisting the HSI Sales Team and HSI Channel in the sale of OnBase for the Healthcare Solutions Industry.
  • Create a Sales & Marketing Plan for the Healthcare Industry that will detail strategy and tactics to drive software sales.  This plan should be reviewed with your team every quarter.   
  • Lead a team of Account Managers to sell OnBase Healthcare Solutions directly to prospects resulting in a weighted pipeline of 2x Quota on a quarterly and annual basis.
  • Accurately forecast and meet or exceed assigned software revenue targets and / or quota  
  • Perform ongoing sales training both individually and with the Healthcare Team.
  • Identify and participate in the recruitment of new Healthcare partners.
  • Collaborate with HSI's Marketing Department to develop appropriate sales collateral (brochures, white papers, case studies, presentations, analyst reports) and develop lead-generation campaigns for Healthcare Solutions.
  • Master the knowledge and presentation skills relating to the value proposition of the Healthcare solution’s value proposition. 
  • Attend and participate in Trade Shows and other industry related marketing activities.
