Duties and Responsibilities of Registered Nurse - RN:

Strong critical thinking skills to diagnose clinical problems and define interventions

Prioritize clinical problems

Serve as patient and family advocate

Advise intensivist of patient status change

Provide follow up to ensure problem resolution

Use all available resources to prevent clinical problems from occurring

Requirements
Critical Care/ICU Registered Nurse - RN - Requirements
- Critical Care Registered Nurse - CCRN preferred
- Current and nonrestricted nursing license, any state
- Current ACLS and BLS
- Nursing degree from an accredited program
