Summary of Manager - Informatics - Application Development

We are looking for an individual to help lead software development efforts with our outsourced partners in the R&D BioAssay group. This position involves both hands-on development and leadership of an outsourced development group.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
5 years of leadership experience with teams of 3 or more people.
Full lifecycle application development.
Project management experience.
Ability to work in a dynamic, start-up modeled environment.
Web Services/SOAP
C#/.NET
Visual Basic (6.0) with COM/ActiveX development experience
XML/DOM/XSLT
Oracle/SQL
Microsoft Development Environment
Chemistry/Biology domain experience
Ability to work with little daily supervision
Strong communication, written and organizational skills.

Additional Skills:

Object Oriented Programming (JAVA/C++)
Software Design/UML
