Description Our client, a leading PACS vendor located in the Midwest, is currently looking for an Upgrade / Support Engineer in Indianapolis, IN.

This person will have the following responsibilities:

Management and execution of product upgrades, Tier III support, and internal Customer Support projects.
Management of both the Project Management and the Technical aspects of the company's major upgrades
Assist other technical resources with upgrades
Provide Tier III support
Execute internal IT projects as needed.

Ideally looking for a mid career resource, cross between Project Manager and a Project Engineer.

This person must be familiar with VMware.

Requirements To be successful this individual will need the following skills:

- Project Management / Technical Project Management
- Strong Technical Aptitude (VMware, server/desktop, Microsoft technologies inc clustering, virtualization technologies (e.g., ESX or Vsphere), storage technologies)
- Strong Personal Organizational Skills
- Strong Communication, Negotiating and Customer Service Skills
- PACS Industry Knowledge
