Perot Systems Corporation is a worldwide provider of information technology services and business solutions to a broad range of clients. We are currently looking for a McKesson Pharmacy Implementation Consultant to join our MCKESSON PRACTICE GROUP.
The qualified candidate will possess the required skills, education, certification, and will be able to travel to client locations throughout the United States 75% and work from home 25%.
Job Responsibilities:
File building, documentation and project management of the system implementation
Serve as the primary contact for the application design and any issues that arise from the client
Assisting the client with development of systems operations, policies, and application monitoring
Assisting the project team in developing, monitoring and managing technology support and operational implementation work plans
Providing training, testing and support during the implementation cycle
Required Skills:
Acute hospital experience
Ability to communicate and work with physicians
Strong project management skills
McKesson HMM, HEO-Rx, (Admin Rx) implementation experience
Good communication skills
Understand business processes regarding meds administration and documentation both pharmacy and nursing
Desired Skills:
Ability to work effectively with limited direction
Strong consulting backgound
Microsoft Project experience
Minimum Educational Requirements:
Pharmacy technician
Minimum Certifications or Other Professional Credentials:
Pharmacy technician
