Paradise Valley Hospital is looking for a Medical Records – HIM Tech to join our existing team! Overview: Performs a variety of duties such as: obtains medical records of discharged patients from patient care areas ensuring all records are retrieved daily, places medical records and loose file material in appropriate medical record folders. Responsibilities: Minimum Education: High School Diploma or equivalent GED. Preferred Experience: Previous Health Information Management experience Special Skills: Must have basic computer skills and knowledge. Must have good organizational skills. Must be self-motivated to complete work in a timely manner. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
