Description
Ascension Health Information Services (AHIS) is seeking a Senior Analyst to design, develop, and analyze information systems for Seton Family of Hospital in Austin, TX.
Successful candidates will be IT professionals with excellent technical and interpersonal skills. Technical skills will include proficiency in both mainframe and object-oriented environments. Interpersonal skills will include versatility in delivering verbal and written communication to associates in business, clinical, financial, and technical roles.
The Senior Solutions Development Analyst will:
- Collect and analyze business requirements
- Define and document technical specifications
- Design, develop, and implement new software solutions
- Configure, modify, and sustain existing software solutions
- Debug and test software solutions
- Develop and maintain reports
- Develop and maintain technical documentation
- Contribute to and work effectively with project teams through lifecycle phases
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to less experience staff
- Provide ongoing support for production systems, including 24x7 on call rotation
