IT Compliance Application Administrator - Sentinel

Ascension Health Information Services (AHIS) is seeking to hire a Compliance Application (CCS-Sentinel) Administrator to be responsible for the overall administration of Control Compliance Suite and the Sentinel monitoring tools employed by St Vincent Health, located in Indianapolis, IN.

This Compliance Adminstrator (Technology Engineering Senior Analyst) will :

• Maintain, upgrade and repair the CCS-Sentinel applications, their servers, databases and operating systems.
• Perform, review and report to the appropriate authority activity pertaining to actual or potential inappropriate activity as specified under the St Vincent Health Acceptable Use Policy, HIPAA violations, criminal activity and any other form of questionable activity.
• Generate adhoc and routine audit reports as required to meet auditor and management requirements
• Develop and implement workflows to remediate vulnerabilities identified by CCS and/or Sentinel
• Maintaining documentation on system configurations

Required Qualifications:

• 4 or more years experience working with Novell eDirectory
• Bachelor Degree preferred
• Basic programming/scripting skills
• Strong working knowledge of at least one of the following Network Operating Systems (NOS)  Netware, Linux, Windows
   
• Thorough understanding of security concepts (roles, rights, etc.)
• Knowledge of network infrastructure devices (Switches, Firewalls, etc)
• Good people skillsl the ability to  interact with multiple different groups of varying computer skill levels.
• Very detail oriented
• Ability to fulfill the requirements of On Call rotations
• Willingness to reside withing a commutable distance of Indianapolis, IN
   

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Active Directory
• Knowledge in managing auditing applications (e.g. NSure Audit)
• Basic web services knowledge
• Experience Administering Symantec Control Compliance Suite (CCS) highly desirable
• Experience Administering Novell's Sentinel
• Java Script knowledge and coding experience
• Knowledge of SSL, certificates
• Experience working with HTML, email templates
• Identity Management product experience and/or training
