Description DELL PEROT SYSTEMS is a worldwide provider of information technology services and business solutions to a broad range of clients. It is currently looking for a Clinical Systems Sr Manager to join our team in Boston, MA.

Job Responsibilities:
The leader will manage the delivery of the team's application projects. The leader will be responsible for the overall project plan, budget, structure, schedule and staffing requirements, and will manage Dell Perot Systems, customer and third-party vendor resources while ensuring good practices in standard methodologies and processes are used throughout each project to deliver a high quality product. In addition to projects, the leader will oversee the day to day support of over 50 critical clinical applications supporting a major academic medical center.

The leader must also maintain frequent communications with various customer contacts. The leader will work closely with the business owners of the supported applications to assess technical impact from changes in the business and clinical environment, and recommend technical solutions to the identified problems. The leader will ensure the team meets all contractual service levels associated with quality estimation and incident resolution.

Required Skills:

Minimum of 5 years' leadership experience, leading diverse teams of Business and Systems Analysts

Experience planning and leading projects

Experience leading and developing associates

Experience in preparing and managing to operating and capital budgets

Experience working with and managing relationships with 3rd party software vendors and with hospital administrative and clinical management

Experience working within a structured Project Management Methodology environment; including Project or Program management

Experience and focus in CLINICAL APPLICATIONS - cardiology, radiology, lab, and the ED are among the supported departments

Experienced with Executive level relationships

Provider healthcare environment

Desired Skills:

Clinical experience/ professional credentials, e.g., nursing experience

Professional services or consulting experience

Minimum Education Requirements:

Bachelor level degree in MIS, Healthcare, Business or related field

Advanced degree a plus

Minimum Certifications or Other Professional Credentials:

PMP Certification desired

Healthcare Certifications a plus
