Job Description

Assurance International is currently hiring Account Managers to handle and manage existing client accounts, as well as play an active role within their sales, marketing and customer service departments. Candidates with customer service backgrounds tend to excel in such a role.

As a team member of Assurance International you will be working with some of the most recognizable brands in the US.  While sales and marketing are keys to your success, you will also be responsible for:

  • Maintaining client relations with existing accounts / Providing excellent customer service
  • Delivering friendly, responsive customer service identifying customers' wants and needs, and ultimately offering viable solutions (No Door to Door / Cold Calling)
  • Consistently seeking and understanding new client information
  • Executing company procedures and policies in a manner consistent with Assurance International's Core Values

At Assurance International, if you have the drive and competitiveness to succeed as an Account Manager, you can progress into senior management opportunities through our Management Training Program.  A candidate which demonstrates a strong work ethic, and requires little to no micro-management would be ideal.

Job Requirements

The following qualifications are expected:

  • Demonstrated Customer Service skills
  • Effective Communication skills
  • Willingness and eagerness to learn and develop
  • Customer-centric focus and a desire to understand customer needs and offer solutions to meet those needs
  • The ability to work well with others

Although our successful team members and management have come from various backgrounds including customer service, hospitality, banking and more; they all share a drive to succeed.
