Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Job Description

Early Autism Project (EAP), a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, is currently looking for talented, hardworking and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs) who have a passion for helping children with autism spectrum or related disorders reach their full potential.

EAP provides comprehensive therapeutic services to children and their families in their homes, in EAP clinics and in schools and on or near military bases throughout the country.

Work Hours:

  • Flexible hours with afternoon/early evening and weekend work required
  • Ability to set your own schedule

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and monitoring behavior support plans and individualized treatment plans
  • Completing progress reports
  • Analyzing data
  • One-on-One instruction with children
  • Completing functional behavior assessments
  • Completing skill assessments
  • Conducting staff and/or teacher/parent training
  • Conducting staff supervision

Job Requirements

    • BCBA or BCaBA certification
    • Strong ability┬áto communicate effectively
    • Ability to work independently
    • Must have 2 to 5 years of relevant experience, supervising ABA programs for children on the autism spectrum.
    • Should be familiar with Skinner's analysis of Verbal Behavior
    • Experience with administering the ABLLS-R and/or VB- MAPP
