Real Estate Firm seeks a Part-Time (including weekends) Front Desk Coordinator (approx. 30 hours a week)

The Front Desk Coordinator will provide the first point of contact for all clients and visitors, acting as the representative of the company. This job demands an individual with a high degree of professionalism and the ability to multitask and organize accordingly. 

Job Requirements

  • Preferred 1+ years of reception/office admin experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Detail oriented
