Job Description

Accentuate Staffing is currently looking for several candidates to fill contract-to-hire positions in Cary, NC.  This is a Tier 1 Help Desk Support opportunity with a focus on Active Directory and Microsoft Office.  Applicants must be open to ALL shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Accept and register Service Calls
  • Classify Service Calls according to the specified options
  • Execute 1st attempt to solve the Service Call
  • Refer Service Call to the appropriate Resolution Owner Support Group
  • Close Service Call
  • Report about Service Calls
  • Communicate response times for dispatched tickets to the customers

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Technical Help Desk or Technical Call Center experience is required
  • Experience with Windows Operating Systems to include:
    • Clients: Windows7, Windows Vista, Windows XP, Windows 2000
    • Servers: Windows 2000, Windows 2003, Windows 2008
    • Knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange 2003/2007
  • Experience with ticketing tools such as Remedy, HP Service Center, Peregrine Service Center
  • Experience with support for laptop, desktops, and printers
  • Experience with PDA and Blackberry support is a plus
