Customer Service Manager

An extremely busy call/ reservation center seeks an aggressive, customer oriented call center professional.  The position will oversee all aspects of the call center in a fast paced 24/7 business including employee performance evaluations, staffing schedule, call center daily operations, and adhering to company policies. Must be available to work various days & hours, including weekends, holidays, etc. as needed.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.  The successful candidate must have 2-5 years previous call center management experience handling at least 1,000 in-bound calls daily, an ability to teach and mentor in addition to possessing solid general management skills, excellent problem solving abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities.  Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook with telephony experience.
