We offer 100% hands on training for our position as a Junior Consultant.
Junior Consultant's daily responsibilities include: 

  • Diagnosing and identifying development levels of others

  • Sales & Marketing innovative techniques
  • Formulate and create marketing strategies 
  • Lead Generation and Territory Management
  • Utilizing weekly break-even worksheets to manage finances 
  • Planning company events across the country 

  • Learning how to track office profits and plan for future client expansions
