RN, Staff Development Coordinator

Job Description


Charlotte Health Care Center is seeking an RN Staff Development Coordinator. The RN Staff Development Coordinator manages and provides required education to the entire staff, and is also responsible for employee health. Education to be offered includes the state required 12 hours of CNA training (patient's rights, transfers, infection control, etc.) as well as topics that may be of interest to the staff. Employee health encompasses administration and management of Hepatitis B vaccinations and PPD annual checks. Requires expert knowledge of basic nursing skills (patient assessment, infection control, IV therapy, medication administration, etc.) and a desire to pass that knowledge on to others.
