Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Project Manager for our security and compliance division to be based out of our Milwaukee, WI office.


We’re looking for someone who understands the importance of communication and can work with project teams to guide client engagements from inception to completion. You’ll take ownership over your projects and enjoy personal satisfaction from their success. This success will rest on your ability to keep crucial project milestones on everyone’s radar by coordinating the efforts of the internal and external project teams in order to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of client projects and allow for a greater return on investment.




  • Plan, schedule and manage PCI DSS, PA-DSS and HIPAA/HITECH assessments, penetration testing, forensic investigations and other security and compliance work in coordination with our consulting team
  • Operate within budgetary and time constraints while maintaining high levels of quality and profitability
  • Manage complex engagements to meet critical deadlines
  • Run project kickoff calls and develop project plans for all stakeholders
  • Build and nurture relationships, while staying in active contact with clients throughout the lifecycle of their projects
  • Assess project risk factors and execute appropriate courses of mitigation

Job Requirements




  • Capacity to multi-task independently to react promptly and effectively when faced with changing demands or priorities
  • Attention to detail alongside an excellent memory
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in developing, improving and maintaining Microsoft Office-based tools to track project metrics
  • Ability to:
    • Lead and negotiate
    • Write and speak exceptionally well




  • One to three years of experience in IT/regulatory project management
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Understanding of security assessments
  • Background in software or networking
  • Certification or course work in related fields (e.g., PMP)
  • Familiarity with the payment card (PCI DSS, PA-DSS, P2PE, PFI), financial (GLBA, SOX, SSAE 16), health care (HIPAA/HITECH) or higher education industries
  • Fluency in Spanish
