We are seeking 2 business minded individuals for Farmers Insurance Agents Opportunities - extensive training provided. 

Our average 3-5 year Agent makes $120,000-$150,000 / year. 

Successful Farmers Agents earn healthy incomes. Farmers offers over 50 products across many markets and has healthy history of successful acquisitions. The number of insurance solutions we can offer one client is extensive and this allows us to sell multiple policies per household, thus increasing our commissions earned and bonus opportunities. 

Four Important Points to know about the Insurance Industry:

-Even in extreme economic times like these, people still pay their insurance. 

-Minnesota State Law requires each auto on the road to be insured. 
We are among the top in Auto Ins. in MN. 

-Banks require proof of Insurance before funding any home sale. 
We are the #3 Home Insurer in MN. 

-Every business in Minnesota with employees must have Workers Comp Insurance. 
We have business insurance too! (the commission on business is much higher)

Unlike any other insurance company, we allow agents to start a business (claimed to be "The best small business opportunity in America" by Forbs Magazine) from the ground up, with no start up costs.  We cover your entire overhead, give you financial support (up to $2,500 a month + commission), and you have 100% ownership of your business.  You will receive industry leading training, full licensure reimbursement, and and top marketing programs including unlimited leads. We want you to be in business for yourself, but not by yourself.

A Farmers Insurance Agent sells residential home & auto insurance, life insurance, commercial insurance, and Farmers Financial Products.  You make 100% of your commission and you have complete ownership over each policy that you sell - from day 1.  You will retain all renewal commissions as well.  Autos renew every 6 months, homes renew every year.  This is how you will build your equitable business.  If and when you decide to leave, you will be able to sell your agency back to Farmers or to an agent on the open market for at least 2x's your agency's worth.

Job Requirements


High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree, preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confident presentation skills
Desire to continually learn new products and services
Desire to be active in the community
Basic computer skills
Ability to pass background (no felonies) and credit check (No repos, chapter 7, 11, or 13 bankruptcies within the last 12 months.)
