- 2-3 or more year’s tenure as a full service Restaurant Manager
- Understanding of managing a volume of $3 million restaurant
- Must play well with others
- Must show solid upward restaurant career progression
- Must set a good example for team members
- No more than 2 restaurant management jobs in the last 5 years
- Must lead with professionalism and commit to team development
- Knowledge of all aspects of restaurant Profit/Loss statements
- Must know how to use a calculator
- Must not suffer fear when it comes to budgets or costs!
