Job Requirements


Ideal Qualifications include:


  • 2-3 or more year’s tenure as a full service Restaurant Manager
  • Understanding of managing a volume  of $3 million restaurant
  • Must play well with others
  • Must show solid upward restaurant career progression
  • Must set a good example for team members
  • No more than 2 restaurant management  jobs in the last 5 years
  • Must lead with professionalism and commit to team development
  • Knowledge of all aspects of restaurant Profit/Loss statements
  • Must know how to use a calculator
  • Must not suffer fear when it comes to budgets or costs!
  • Must enjoy being active in the local community!!
